House sitting: 

 

One visit constitutes completion of visit checklist / approx 45 mins - 1 hour

 

1 visit / Month = $50

Bi-weekly / 2 visits per month = $40 per visit  ($80 monthly)

Weekly / 4 visits per month = $ 30 per visit    ($120 monthly) 

 

Short term house sitting: (intended for trips of 3 - 15 days)

Water Plants, Feed Fish, Collect Mail etc = $20 / visit 

 

Pet Sitting: 

 

Dogs, Cats, Rodents, Birds, WELCOME and adored!! 

Reptiles and amphibians taken upon special request (Prices WILL VARY)  

Sorry, but absolutely no ophidians (snakes) accepted!!

 

 Walkies: **Animals Under 35 lbs!***Additional weight = additional charge**

        -1, 20 min walk = $20

       - 10 walk punch card = $18 / walk = $180 

       - 20 walk punch card = $16 / walk = $320

 

      - 1, 20 min walk everyday = $17 / walk = $119 / week * 

      - 2, 20 min walks everyday = $15 / walk = $210 / week * 

          * requires minimum of 1 month contract

 

Litter Cleaning: **you provide replacement litter**

      - $30 / back yard

      - $20 / standard cat box or rodent cage 

      - $30 / standard bunny hutch / bird habitat

 

“Boarding”:

   Boarding occurs in pets/owners homes!  But will include a minimum of 90 mins daily visit time to Feed, Walk, Clean, Play, Cuddle. 

   - $50 / day 1st animal 

       - $25 / day each additional animal 

Personal Care: 

 

 May include Bathing, Dressing, Hair, Cooking, etc  :  $35 / HR

      * We have been CPR certified, but have had no other nursing training! This service is NOT intended to replace medical services

      * Please specify preference between JJ (female, she/her) or Andy (male, he/him)

 

 Special Occasion Hair Style, Makeup, Manicure, Pedicure (with aqua-spa) : $30 / service (approx 45 min)

           * JJ has YEARS of experience, but no official certifications

 

Therapeutic Massage :   $45 / half hour  or  $75 / hour

          * Andy has YEARS of experience and MAGIC fingers, but no official certifications

 

Rides :    **Price based on distance**

      *Our hatchback can only fit 3 riders comfortably* 

      **both have spotless driving records**

 

Errands:  ((either with you or on your behalf))  $20 / HR

           *if distance is more than 10 miles, additional charges will apply

 

 

Cleaning and Organizing: 

 

Sorting / Organizing : $25 /HR

 

"Typical Tidy-up"* : $30 / HR

       *putting stuff where it looks like it belongs, making beds, folding clothes etc...

 

Dusting, Vacuuming, Sweeping, Moping, Windex-ing mirrors, Wiping countertops:   $35 / HR

        *You provide cleaning products and equipment  

 

Dishes:

      W/ dishwasher : $20 / Load

      W/O dishwasher : $35 / HR

 

Laundry (using your machines and detergent)

     Wash, Dry, Fold :  $40 / Load

 

Cleaning Shower, Tub, Toilets, Windows (interior only) :  $20 / half hour 

 

 

 

Neighborly Favors:

 

       EX: Watering plants, feeding fish, changing a lightbulb or smoke alarm battery, retrieving tough to reach items, opening stuck lids, restarting WiFi, etc etc… 

        One Favor should not exceed 15 minutes, and should not require any particular skills or knowledge that “Joe Average” would not possess. (Aside from tallness, Andy is 6'3")

Fruit Picking: 

 

     Lower Fruits (step stool only) :  30 mins for $20 and a small cut of the fruit! 

     Higher Fruits (ladder) :  30 mins for $40 and a small cut of the fruit! 

 

 

Piano Tuning: 

 

     Andy apprenticed with one of the best in the industry. He has an amazingly precise ear, and a perfectionist's touch. Not trained in repair or replacing strings, but has experience in bringing a clear sound from your out-of-tune piano.
